Our return process is simple and hassle free. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on ShopTournamentOfRoses.com for return or exchange. Please mail your purchase back to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned merchandise, you will receive a confirmation email and we will then credit your account within 10 business days. By providing us with your Personal Information (as defined below) or otherwise interacting with us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of such information in accordance with this Notice.

   Accessing/Updating/Deleting Your Personal Information. If you wish to access, modify, verify, correct or delete any of your Personal Information collected through the Platforms, you may contact us using the contact information provided below. Alternatively, you may access, modify, verify, correct or delete your registered user information through our Platforms. We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical efforts, risk the privacy of others, or are impractical. In accordance with our routine record keeping, we may delete certain records that contain Personal Information you have submitted through the Platforms or we have otherwise received. It may not always be possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases without some residual data remaining due to backups and other reasons. Selling. Shirtwerx.com is not and will not sell (as defined in the CCPA) your Personal Information. Additionally, Shirtwerx.com does not rent, sell, or share personal information (as defined by California Civil Code §1798.83; Shine the Light) about you that we collect on our Platforms with other people or unaffiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes.

   Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through the Website cannot be guaranteed; (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party; and (d) When you transfer information to us through the internet you do so at your own risk.
5. PRIVACY OF CHILDREN.
   We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of the Platforms is directed to children under the age of 13. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at orders@shirtwerx.com. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 13, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
